I just wanted to take a moment to recognize the experience I had during the application process. John was incredibly informative, patient, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. He didn't just rush through things — he actually took the time to guide me, answer questions clearly, and make sure I understood the details. In such a technologically driven world, it is such a breath of fresh air to run into people who can still show the value of peer-to-peer interactions. The process felt organized, transparent, and respectful of my time.

First time living here. Just getting ready to move in. Will update after being here for a little while. So far nice and peaceful.
